I don’t have specific products in mind,but I’d love to read something about habits relative to Jobs to be Done.

Should product designers and innovators focus on their specific product, or the higher level Job? Tony Ulwick has mentioned that people don’t have brand or product loyalty, they hire products that help them get Jobs Done better/easier. Would love to see if that aligns with anything you’ve seen.
