I’m confused by this: is it backwards? I’d suppose that Innovation labs are most likely to be focusing on business models than those focusing on creativity or R&D?

So who is focusing on what’s financially viable?
The Innovation lab I established at ReadyTalk purposely hired for people to focus on each of the three lenses, because we were worried about this gap.
