Thanks for the response.. i LOVE the comment re service blueprints. That's actually another idea I want to explore further as a supplement/ alternative to trying to capture/document requirements .

We have never really met at work (yet?) but would love to discuss further. When I was working on "reinventing Government travel" with the Feds (in 2019.. ha, we had no idea what was coming), we did a lot of service blueprints to explore current vs ideal state. It really resonated with people (users, exec, etc).
