Thanks for trying to avoid controversy with attribution!

Quick comment re: the end where you say “if you’re 3M, if you’re Samsung”. I feel like implicitly you’re making a case for considering your own capabilities / strengths, not SOLELY customer demands. Is that a fair assessment?

That almost feels like in those cases (an established company), the biz model canvas may fit better than the lean canvas? 🤔 Since you have some internal assets to factor in as well?
