Did you want millions of users, with ad-based revenue, or was it B2B? When targeting B2B, it’s much more common to have smaller numbers but a paid revenue model. Part of that is because B2B is going to have more requirements/expectations, and be harder to acquire (and there are fewer businesses than consumers in the world to acquire). Did you pivot your audience or your plan for acquisition through this process?
