Thanks. I’ve only heard “front end of innovation” or “fuzzy front end” a few times and was curious what you meant (starting with customer exclusively, or either market or tech shift).

I’m definitely against “ideas first”. I generally chalk that up to invention than innovation. Innovation is rooted in actually creating something valuable for people. Not just creating something.
