This is definitely the most interesting part of this whole article. I wanted to argue it, but I couldn’t actually work my way through it.

I believe we THINK we’re loyal. We start with what’s familiar as an anchor. That brings us convenience and efficiency.

But then, you’re right. Ultimately we will trade off that convenience if we can get the Job done better.
