There is a speaker that takes a picture from 1 pixel up to 2500 gradually and asks his audience to put up there hand when they can recognize the subject. (If you ever get in one of these the answer is rooster — amaze your peers.) (Also if anyone has a clue what I’m talking about and knows the source PLEASE let me know.) Very few (0 honest people) can at 1 or 4 or 16. You need a decent resolution to know what you are looking at, or to ‘understand.’ ODI does this by looking for outcomes. As many as they can get. So now you have a list of ‘needs.’
