If you say that to a product team “I need a way of supporting educators in tracking progress of their students so that I can support them when they struggle”, you do give them a Thing To Do, but it can be answered in a 100 different ways. Someone on that team will realise “Paper is good, we have to beat paper”. Some won’t.
